Murder of Katrina Taylor and
surrounding events
Note Mr Neilson has written to him
asking to be interviewed over this case. Plus the observer newspaper and
concerned members of the public said they well accompany Mr Neilson to any
interview he has with Sussex Police. At this point in time Ken Jones is still
letting his Officers Harass and Intimidate Mr Neilson. He is fully aware major
evidence has been covered up or removed over the murder.

investigate P.C. Eric Witherspoon's death threats made against Mr Neilson not
to appear at murder trial. Quote note this was before J. Ashley was shot (WE COULD TURN
UP HERE WITH A ARMED RESPONSE TEAM AND YOU COULD BE SHOT)

Duty. Not investigating. False identification for criminals as
security guards.

up criminal conspiracy by Sussex Police Officers and members of Lewes District
Council to intimidate Mr Neilson to cover up (case all ready proven in court)
attempted murder of Mr Cox. Harassment by unknown persons to force Mr Cox and
Mr Neilson from their lawful homes and Lewes District Councils criminal
involvement with Mark Slade /Marcel Sulc.

JAMES ASHLEY CAMPAIGN
The Justice for James Ashley
Campaign was launched on Saturday the 18th of August. The meeting was attended
by about 200 people. James Ashley was shot dead by an Armed Response Unit (ARU)
from Sussex Police in 1998. The trial at the Old Bailey was a total travesty
and a the Officer responsible for shooting James, P.C Sherwood was acquitted,
along with the other four officers later at a similar trial in Wolverhampton.
The Judge Injustice Rafferty presided over the case; this is the same Injustice
Rafferty who sent Michael Stone to Jail, Surprise Surprise.
The Family and Campaign
have vowed to carry on the fight for Justice for James Ashley. The meeting
decided that they will carry the fight to the door of the Labour Party
conference on the 30th September, Brighton is the heart of the Sussex
Police, so we can do both at the same time. Sussex Chief Constable Ken
Jones went to Liverpool in an attempted to stop the Ashley's from demanding a
public inquiry.
